Turning first-day-of-school anxiety into lifelong confidence. At sunrise near the shores of Lake Atitlán, 9-year-old María carefully walks the dusty road to school — sometimes without notebooks, sometimes without shoes, but never without dreams. In many communities surrounding the lake, students arrive eager to learn but lacking the basic tools needed to succeed in today’s digital world.

TECHNICAL FOCUS: Replaces standard paper notebooks with discovery kits featuring magnifying glasses, exact scale rulers, logic puzzles, and unplugged computer coding games to build foundational spatial and systematic reasoning.

THE EVENT: The "Lake-Wide" Launch Boat Parade: A highly visible, coordinated flotilla featuring themed, decorated boats departing from across the basin. The boats converge at a central dock location to distribute discovery packs and visually kick off educational equity.
